Our Commitment to You At Woolbase, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our return policy makes it easy and hassle-free to return your items.
Right to Cancel Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return:
- Contact our customer service at hello@woolbase.com to start your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Prepare Your Package:
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping:
- As we sell home and interior products, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
Drop Off Your Package:
- Take the package to your nearest postal agent or drop-off location as instructed in the return email.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2-14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately at hello@woolbase.com with a photo of the defect and your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund

- The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
